Replacement of Water Separator Filter
Opening of Side Gate
Close valve (2).
Loosen the ring (3) and take out the box (4).
Take out the spring (7) and indicator ring (6)
from the box (4).
Clean the box (4).
Check the O-ring. Upon detection of any
scratch or other unevenness, replace.
Replace with new filter element.
Install the indicator ring (6) and spring (7) to the box (4).
Install the box (4) to the bracket and manually tighten the ring (3).
Open valve (2) to vacuumize.

Replacement of traveling motor gear oil
Warning: Please stop the engine and wait for the machine to cool down before maintenance.
Important: Do not use a wrinkled filter element or a filter element with damaged washer or seal
ring.
Important: Ensure to steadily install the filter element and dust cover. Otherwise, the ingress of
dusts into the cylinders will damage the engine.
Replace the air filter element
Open the engine hood.
Loosen the clamp (1) and take out the dust
collector (2).
Clean the inside of dust collector (2).
Take out the primary filter element (3).
Cover the inlet and outlet on the back of body
(4) by cloth or tape to guard against ingress of
dusts.
Clean the inside of housing (4).
Remove the cloth or tape used in step 5.
