HDX1000 as Network Attached Storage
You can setup your HDX 1000 (with the internal SATA HDD installed) as a networked attached storage
(NAS) device and move contents in or out of the HDX 1000 from your Computer
Access by IP address from your computer
1. Setup > Network
2. Record the IP address of the HDX 1000.
3. On Windows XP / Vista, Go to Start > Run.
4. Type “\\(Your HDX 1000 IP address)\”.
5. Enter the User name and Password.
