ECOTECHITALIAreserves therightto change thedesign inordertoimprove themachine withoutgivingnoticetocustomers,
andwithoutupdatingthemanualsalreadydeliveredto
endusers.
Therefore, incaseof changesto machines installedinthe customer'spremises, as agreed towith the manufacturer andthat
bringaboutchangestooneormorechaptersoftheInstructionManual,itwillbethemanufacturer'sresponsibilitytosendthe
ownersoftheInstructionManualsinvolvedinthe
changes,withanewrevisedversionofthesame.
Itistheenduser'sresponsibility,followingtheindicationsthataccompanytheupdateddocumentation,toreplaceinallofthe
copiesintheirpossessiontheoldchapterswiththenew,theintroductorypageandthetableofcontentswiththenew
revision.

HOUSING:Anelementofthemachineusedspecificallyforensuringprotectionbywayofasolidbarrier;

OPERATOR:Thisistobeunderstoodasthepersonorpersonswhohavebeenassignedtoinstall,operate,adjust,clean,
repairandhandleamachineandcarryoutitsmaintenance;
QUALIFIED PERSONNEL or QUALIFIED OPERATOR This is to
be understood as the person or persons who have
undertaken a specialised course or training, etc., and who possess experience in regard to the installation,
commissioningandmaintenance,therepairortransportofthemachine.
MAN‐MACHINEINTERACTION:Anysituationinwhichtheoperatorinteractswiththemachineduring
anyoperational
phaseatanymomentintheservicelifeofthelatter;
OPERATORQUALIFICATION:Minimum competencelevel that theoperator mustpossess to carry out the operations
described;
NUMBEROFOPERATORS:Thenumberofoperatorsnecessaryforthepropercarryingoutoftheoperationsdescribed
and arising
from a careful analysis undertaken by the manufacturer, becauseof which an end user using a different
numberofpersonnelcouldinhibittheachievementoftheintendedresultorplacethepersonnelinvolvedinjeopardy.
MACHINESTATUS:Themachinestatusincludestheoperationalmode:forexample,automaticrunning,stop,
