3.1 OPERATIONALPRINCIPLE
3.1.1 IntendedUse
The forestry mower shredder you have purchased was designed and manufactured for cutting grass/brambles/brush on
uncultivatedgroundandunderbrush,workinginextremeconditions.
The60‐110‐135versionsweredesignedandmanufactured
tooperateonlevelgroundwithamaximumslopeof15°,whilstthe
60‐110‐135 Swing versions were designed to work on a slope of up to 45°, always maintaining the motor aligned along the
horizontal(0°).
Thetechnicalperformanceindicatedinthismanualrefersexclusivelytonewproductsor
thosemaintainedefficient,following
theuse,inspectionandmaintenanceinstructions.
As for any mechanical equipment, proper maintenance and its being kept clean are required. Lubricate the machine as
indicated.Followthesafetymeasuresandindicationsdescribedinthismanualandillustratedontheadhesivesafetylabelsand
signsonthe
machine.

3.3 ENVIRONMENTALCONDITIONS
Theequipmentdoesnotrequireanyparticularenvironmentalconditions.Themachinemayoperateon drygrass,butalsoon
wetgrass,payingattention,ontheTRT60modelstoadjusttheopeningofthecuttingsdischargetoitswidestaperturesoasto
avoidthefoulingofthecuttingplatewiththeconsequentovertaxingofthemotor.
3.4 LIGHTING
Themachinewasdesignedandmanufacturedtoworkoutdoorswithnaturallight.Incaseofnighttimeoperationmakesure
thatsufficientartificiallightingissuppliedwithasourceofatleast150lux
(UNIEN12646‐2:2008).
