1. From the File menu, select Export > Printer Settings and Status.
2. Choose a directory to write the backup file to. The default directory will be: c:\Users\EFIUser\Documents, but you can place
the file in any directory.
NOTE: The default file name includes the printer serial number and the date that the backup was created, but this
too can be changed.
3. From this directory, you can copy this file to an external file server, memory stick, or it can be emailed.
