BOILER CLEANING
Maintenance operations guarantee correct functioning of the product through time. Failure to comply
with these operations can jeopardise the safety of the product.
BRAZIER CLEANING
The brazier is cleaned via a mechanical system at pre- xed intervals automatically by the boiler. The gure
below shows the brazier with underlying opening.
Extra ame recommends to remove any ash residue using a suction device, at least once every two days
( gure 9.1).
SPRING CLEANING
Cleaning of the heat exchangers is carried out automatically through a mechanical system which
guarantees, in time, an always constant heat yield. This automatic system can be excluded in certain times
(for example at night) to limit any noise due to the mechanical cleaning movement (see spring automatic
cleaning times chapter). In gure “9.5” it is possible to note how ash can be accumulated through time,
therefore the company recommends in-depth cleaning by a technician at least once a year.
