BCSD
System
5.
CNC
REF. 1711
Axis machine parameter ACFGAIN
5.4 Axis machine parameter ACFGAIN
A new way to handle the DERGAIN has been implemented in the BCSD drive system (digital CAN)
that allows a smoother and more stable adjustment using certain DERGAIN values that are a lot
lower that those used when a.m.p. AFCGAIN (P46) =YES.
This handling is done when a.m.p. ACFGAIN (P46) = ADVANCED and it is valid for axes and
spindles.
All axes of the channel, CNC or PLC, must have the same value for a.m.p. ACFGAIN (P46).
In the BCSD drive system (digital CAN), a.m.p. ACFGAIN (P46) must be set to ADVANCED.
When setting ACFGAIN = ADVANCED in an analog system, it will be treated as AFGAIN = YES.
5.5 Default parameters of BCSD drives
When initiating the system using WinBCSD, a number of default parameters are loaded
automatically. Then, it will only be necessary to configure the CAN node with the right node number
for the motor-drive system to work.
The drive is factory set with the default parameters for the motor-drive system to work.
