DESCRIPTION OF SYSTEM ERRORS
ERROR 501: Parameter checksum error.
It has been detected that the parameter checksum is not correct. Probably,
the software version has been changed and the new version requires a
different number of parameters. Error that cannot be reset.
Before this error, the drive assumes the default values of the parameters. The
user has two options:
• Validate the default values. Just save the parameters again.
• Restore the previous values. The parameters must be loaded into RAM and
analyzed with the PC.
If the user considers them to be valid, he can validate them by saving them.
ERROR 9002: AD circuit failure.
AD related electrical circuit is faulty.
ERROR 200: Overspeed.
The motor speed has exceeded the value of SP10 in a 12%.
Check the cables of the position sensor or of the motor power.
Maybe, the velocity loop is not adjusted properly.
Reduce the overshoot of the velocity response.
ERROR 9005: Position error counter overflow.
Internal counter overflow.
ERROR 9006: Position error pulse overflow (Pn504).
Position error pulse exceeded parameter (Pn504).
ERROR 9007: The setting of electronic gear or given pulse frequency is not
reasonable.
The setting of electronic gear is not reasonable or the given pulse frequency
is too high.
ERROR 9008: The 1st channel of current detection is faulty.
Something wrong with the inside chip of the 1st channel.
ERROR 9009: The 2nd channel of current detection is faulty.
Something wrong with the inside chip of the 2nd channel.
ERROR 9010: Incremental encoder defective.
At least one of Incremental Encoder PA, PB, PC is break off.
ERROR 212: Servo motor overcurrent.
Too much current has been detected circulating through the drive module.
The drive is running poorly.
Reset the error, because the parameter settings may be wrong causing
current overshooting.
ERROR 306: Overvoltage at the power bus (Soft, trigger prior to hardware).
The software of the drive module has detected that the voltage at the power
bus is too high.
