A graphic
s card (display adapter) with VGA interface or a digital display adapter with
DVI inte
rface is required to control the LCD monitor. The monitor pro cesses the da ta
supplie
d to it by th e display adapter. The display adapter or t he associated driver software
is respo
nsible for setting the modes (resolution and refresh rate).
When pu
tting the monitor into operation for the first time, the screen display should b e
optima
lly adapted to the display adapter used and adjusted in acco rdance with your
needs
