1. Clean the areas around the drain plug and the oil filter.
2. Arrange a 40 liter- capacity container to receive the drain
oil.
3. Remove drain plug (3) provided on the fuel tank side to
allow oil to drain.
4. Drain oil from the oil filter cartridge.
5. Allow oil to drain through a clean cloth to check if any
foreign matters such as metal pieces are not included in
the oil.
6. Install a new oil filter.
7. Securely tighten drain plug (3).
8. Remove the oil filler cap. Supply the specified amount of
engine oil.
ZW180, ZW220, ZW250: 25 liters
ZW310: 39 liters
9. Check that the oil level is between the maximum and
minimum level scales on the dipstick. Then, start the en
-
gine.
10. After starting the engine, check the sealing surfaces for
any oil leakage.
11. Keep the engine running at slow idle speed for 5 minutes
and stop the engine. About 15 minutes later, recheck the
oil level. If necessary, add oil.
