Stand
The stand is secured with two captive Torx screws. You must remove a plastic cover to gain access
to the screws. You must remove the access panel to remove the stand.
To remove the stand:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see
Preparing to disassemble the computer on page 38).
2. Remove the access panel (see
Access panel on page 42).
3. Push the release button (1) on the bottom of the stand and pull the back of the stand off (2).

4. Push the base of the stand down (1), and loosen the two captive Torx screws securing the stand
to the chassis (2).
