HP Updates
To permanently turn off the HP Center Service:

If you change your mind later, you can turn on the
service. See “Re-enabling the HP Center Service”
in the following section.
1 Click Start on the taskbar.
2 Choose All Programs.
3 Choose hp center.
4 Click Disable hp center.
The service is turned off until you re-enable it.
Re-enabling the HP Center Service
The service comes enabled with the PC. You
can turn off the service and re-enable it later,
using the steps below. When you re-enable the
HP Center Service, the service runs whenever
you are connected to the Internet, and you
receive messages as they become available.
To turn on the service:
1 Click Start on the taskbar.
2 Choose All Programs.
3 Choose hp center.
4 Click Re-enable hp center.
