Operator Manual
Power ON LED (green)
When illuminated, this LED indicates that the power switch has been set to I (ON) and
that the safety interlocks are satisfied. When blinking, the power supply has a fault.
Fault LED (yellow)
When illuminated, this LED indicates that there is a fault with the power supply.
For information about these fault conditions and how to correct them, see “Basic
troubleshooting” on page 5-4.
Operating mode switch
The operating mode switch can be set in one of four positions:
Continuous pilot arc. Cuts expanded metal or grate.
Non-continuous pilot arc. Cuts or pierces metal plate.
This is the standard setting for normal drag-cutting.
Gouge. Gouges metal plate.
Torch lock. Same as the non-continuous pilot arc mode
except the torch is locked in the ON position when you
release the trigger during a cut.
