Compatible tape cartridges
Types of tape cartridges are supported by this tape drive:
v X cartridges are the newer version of the VXA cartridge
v V cartridges are the original VXA cartridge
The V and X cartridges have similar shells and come in a variety of tape lengths. Both cartridges use
Advanced Metal Evaporated (AME) media and offer the similar read/write speeds and capacities.
