Connect the supplied flexible
antenna to the antenna
connector.
CAUTION:
• NEVER carry the transceiver
by holding the antenna.
• Transmitting without an
antenna may damage the
transceiver.

Pass the handstrap through the
loop on the top corner of the
transceiver, as illustrated to the
left. This facilitates carrying the
transceiver.
