8.6.3 Server update
To perform a system update, the Smart Visu Server requires access to the Internet.
Depending on the speed of the available Internet connection, this operation can take
several minutes.
We recommend not interrupting the power and network connection for the period of the
update. In addition, we do not recommend making any changes in SV-Control during
execution.
A system update, if available, can be started in the "Update" field (4) using the " " button
(4b). Via button (4a) the release notes is called.

The progress bar (4c) shows the overall progress of a running update operation. The LED
of the device flashes periodically in magenta whilst the update is being performed.

After the update has been downloaded, the system is restarted. During the system restart,
a countdown (4d) is displayed. Soon after this reaches 0, you can operate SV-Control as
normal. This means that the update operation is complete.
