Meaning
The machine is ready for an espresso or steam cycle.
Single flash: the machine is pre-heating or processing an
initializing cycle.
Double flash: a 2 coffee cycle is in process.
Product support information in operating parameters set-
ting mode (*).
Empty the coffee grounds collector
(a 2 cup cycle in being processed).
Empty coffee grounds collector and drip tray + the cleaning tray.
Ensure coffee grounds collector is correctly inserted.
Check cleaning tray is correctly inserted.
Set water hardness.
Fill tank with water. Check water tank is correctly inserted.
Coffee cycle has stopped due to lack of water.
Fill tank with water.
Setting machines automatic shut-off feature (*).
Cleaning program requested or in process.
Cleaning program: preparing cleaning or rinsing cycle.
Setting coffee temperature (*).
Scale removal program requested or in process.
Scale removal program: preparing scale removal or rinsing
cycle.
Long rinsing cycle requested (about 150 ml/5.1 oz) - see
page 15.
Long rising cycle in progress.
Constant flashing: operating error.
