LUBRIFICATION
NOTE
: Use a grease gun and lubricator and perform the following steps :
DESCRIPTION TIME INTERVAL LUBRICATION REQUIRED
40 hours of operation
Grease each universal joint
Driveline
40 hours of operation
Separate the sliding parts and cover each one
of them with grease
Drive Chain 4hours of operation Lubricate with chain lubricant
All pivot points 40 hours of operation Use a good quality multipurpose lubricant
40 hours of operation
Check oil level. If needed, add AGMA 5EP
extreme pressure oil, SAE 80W90 gear oil or
equivalent
Gearbox
100 hours of operation Replace oil.
Bearing 100 hours of operation Grease each bearing
