Auger Sections
24 hours of
operation or at
least once a year
Grease the fittings on each auger section.
Hardware
After the first 8
hours of operation
and every 40
hours of operation
Retighten all bolts and nuts according to the Torque Specification
Table
Belt Idler
After the first 2
hours of operation
and every 20
hours of operation
Perform belt idler adjustment by repeating step 14 in Assembly
section on page 19
Worm Gearbox
50 hours of
operation or at
least once a
month
Check oil level every month; the oil level should reach the bottom
of the level hole located in front of the gearbox. Add AGMA 5EP
extreme pressure oil, SAE 80W90 gear oil or equivalent, if
required.
IMPORTANT: Before seasonal storage,
perform all above section but without taking
the hours into account.
