4-4 OPERATION GUIDE
Broadcast Transmission
Broadcast Transmission lets you
fax the same document or
documents to multiple
destinations in a single operation.
For example, a document can be
faxed from the head office to
several branch offices in a single
step. The FAX System
temporarily stores the documents
to be faxed in memory, then
automatically dials the fax numbers and transmits a copy to each
destination.
NOTE: Up to 100 destinations can be set for Broadcast Transmission.
Using the numeric keys to enter a destination fax number

Place the original documents to transmit in the document processor or on
the platen.

Press Send.

Press W Destination.

Press S or T to select FAX. Press Enter.
5
Enter the fax number using the
numeric keys. Press Enter.
6
Repeat steps 3 to 5 until all destinations have been entered for Broadcast
Transmission.
