Step 4. Position the new memory module over the memory connector. Make sure
that the notch
1 on the memory module aligns correctly with the
connector key
2 on the system board. Push the memory module straight
down into the connector until the retaining clips close.
Step 5. Reattach the computer cover.
Replacing a hard disk drive
Note: For this procedure, it helps to lay the computer flat.
To replace a hard disk drive:
Step 1. Remove the computer cover. Refer to “Removing the computer cover”.
Step 2. Disconnect the data and power cables from the hard disk drive.

Step 3. Pull the plastic handle and slide the hard disk drive out of the drive bay.
