Observe national and regional regulations
If using earth−leakage circuit breakers, observe the following:
ƒ Only install the earth−leakage circuit breaker between supplying mains and drive
controller.
ƒ Earth−leakage circuit breakers can trip incorrectly due to
– capacitive compensation currents flowing in the cable shields during operation
(particularly with long, shielded motor cables),
– simultaneous connection of several controllers to the mains supply.
