① Mechanical type (MEC or MPC)
Normal distance : 20~30mm (0.8~1.2 in.)
If the distance of the pedal play is outside the
proper range, adjust it as below.
1. Loosen locking nut and turn adjuster to the
left/right direction.
2. If the adjuster is tightened, the pedal play will be
decreased, and if loosened, it will be increased.
3. After adjusting the pedal play, tighten the locking
nut.
4. Check if the clutch is disengaged completely.

(10) Adjustment of Clutch pedal play (Mechanical type)
② Power clutch models only (MPC, if
fitted)
If the main clutch disk wears out until all of the
clutch pedal play (20~30mm) disappears or if the
engine power is not cut off completely when
shifting with the push button switch or clutch
button installed on the F/R shuttle lever and the
main gear shift lever, the clutch arm can be
rotated clockwise by approximately 2.5 degrees
or more. In this case, the clutch arm must be
reset as follows.
Remove the four screws and cover. Check if the
height(“H”) of the clutch arm as shown in the
right figure is about 30~31mm from the valve
block.
Remove the clutch arm assembly after
unscrewing the bolt②. It is installed on the left-
hand side of your tractor and you can access it
through the front side or under side of the fuel
tank.
