Common problems with the spa water

•Insufficient filtration /

Solution
Check whether the filter is working properly; clean the
filter with a special filter cleaner or degreaser.
•Give the water a shock treatment with a chlorine-based
cleaning agent or with another product.
•Bring the water quality back in balance by increasing the
quantity of cleaning agents. Use shock treatment if necessary
•Adjust the pH value; add a suitable sodium bisulphate
product.
•Use a clarifier. Note: you must not use any polymer-based
clarifiers together with the ozone generator and CleanZone™.
•Depending on the circumstance, half empty the spa and refill,
or clean the spa and replace the water.
•Give the water a shock treatment with a chlorine-based
cleaning agent or with another product.
•Bring the water quality back in balance by increasing the
quantity of cleaning agents. Use shock treatment if necessary

•Increase the pH value with a sodium bicarbonate product.
Add a chelate if metals are present.
•Give the water a shock treatment with a chlorine-based

•Adjust the pH level; increase the pH value with a sodium
bicarbonate product.
•Give the water a shock treatment with a chlorine-based
cleaning agent or similar product for shock treatment.
If the problem is visible, clean the spa, change the water and
balance.
