Dynamic Lock
Dynamic Lock allows you to change the Toll Control Levels (Calling Permissions) of your extension phone on your
own by dialing a code.
The System Administrator/Operator can also change the Toll Control Levels assigned to users. Contact your
System Administrator for details.
With this feature, you can prevent misuse of outgoing call facility from your extensions, in your absence. To use this
feature, you must set the Toll Control Level and the Lock Timer.
You cannot use the default User Password (1111) to set the Dynamic Lock. Make sure, you have changed
it. For detailed instructions, see “Change User Password”
Setting Dynamic Lock
To change the Toll Control Level,
Press Menu Key.
Scroll using the Up/Down Navigation Key to select Dynamic Lock.
Press Select Key.
Enter the User Password.
•In Lock Level, you can select the type of calls — All Calls, Local Calls, National Calls, No Calls. Scroll
using Right Navigation > Key or Left Navigation < Key to select the desired option.
The Type of Calls are dependent on the Server Configurations.
