Turning the commercial
dishwasher on

Turn on the water supply if it is off.

Make sure the spray arms can rotate
freely.
^
Close the door.
^
Press the - button to turn the
commercial dishwasher on.
The factory-set Normal program will
appear in the display and the matching
indicator light will come on.
After a short while, the estimated time
for the selected program will appear in
the display.
You can also change the setting to the
program you last used (see Settings
menu - Program preselection)
Selecting a program
Choose the program according to the
type of dishware, soiling and
sanitization requirements.
See "Program guide" for a description
of the programs and their applications.

Use the X button to select the
desired program.
The indicator light for the selected
program comes on and the indicator
light of the Start/Stop button flashes.
When the indicator light next to 4
lights up, you can select additional
programs using the 4 ü button.
The display alternates between the
additional programs and the program
name and runtime.
You can now select additional
functions (see Additional functions).
Starting a program

Press the Start/Stop button.
The program starts.
If additional functions are selected, the
corresponding indicator lights will also
come on.
Cancel a program only in the first
few minutes.
Otherwise important program steps
(e.g. water softening) may be
cancelled.
