Poor cleaning results

The dishes are not
clean.
The dishes were not loaded
correctly.

The program was not suitable
for the requirements.
Select a more suitable
program (see Program
guide).
Not enough detergent was
dispensed.
Use more detergent, or
switch to another detergent.
The spray arms are blocked
by dishware.
Check by turning the spray
arms and rearrange the
dishes if necessary.
The filter combination in the
wash cabinet is clogged or
not correctly inserted.
The spray arm jets might be
clogged as a result.
Clean the filter combination
or insert it correctly.
Clean the spray arm jets, if
necessary (see Cleaning
and care).
The non-return valve is stuck
in the open position. Dirty
wash water will run back into
the wash cabinet.
Clean the drain pump and
the non-return valve (see
Maintenance).
There are streaks
on the glasses and
cutlery. The
glasses take on a
bluish shimmer;
the deposits can
be wiped off.
The rinse aid dosage is set
too high.
Reduce the dosage (see
Settings menu - Rinse aid).
