Test content
The program automatically checks whether the current equipment is a POC edition or bedside edition.
For a bedside edition, the program automatically adjusts the brightness of the white and blue LEDs
and the trackball. Then manually judge the changes. For POC edition, the program adjusts the
brightness of the white and blue LEDs. Then manually judge the changes.
Test Description
Before the test, the software will detect the hardware ID of the trackball or touchpad of the current
product. If the hardware ID indicates a touchpad, the control panel UI appears as a touchpad. If the
hardware ID indicates a bedside edition, the control panel UI appears as a trackball. If no touchpad
or trackball ID is detected, the software prompts that no trackball or touchpad is detected. Click OK
and the UI of the bedside edition is displayed by default. For a trackball edition, the following dialog
box appears during the test. The program changes the brightness of the white and blue LEDs and the
color of the trackball. Check whether the LED brightness and trackball color change accordingly on
the control panel. If the brightness of the keyboard LEDs and the color of the trackball are the same
as configured, click "LED is OK" to exit the dialog box. If not, click "LED is Bad" to exit the dialog
box. For a touchpad edition, the following dialog box appears during the test. The program changes
the brightness of the white and blue LEDs. Check whether the LED brightness changes accordingly
on the control panel. If the brightness of the keyboard LEDs is the same as configured, click "LED
is OK" to exit the dialog box. If not, click "LED is Bad" to exit the dialog box. The control panel
