Part III Appendix
Description of Self-Test Items 257
If the test result is Error, the drive malfunctions.
If the test result is FAIL, the prompted voltage does not meet the requirements.
Troubleshooting suggestion
a If the test result is Error, restart the equipment and re-perform the self-test. If the problem
persists, recover the equipment.
b If the test result is FAIL, replace the CW board. If the test result is still FAIL, replace the main
board.
2.37 Z1101 Battery Communication Test
Upper-level test item
Communication Monitoring Test
Test content
The program detects whether the battery is in position through the I2C interface of the SM ARM.
If the battery is detected, it reads the version and battery serial number.
Test failure analysis
a If the test result is Error, the drive malfunctions.
b If the test result is NaN, the interconnection between the battery and the SM ARM is faulty.
2.38 Z1102 Battery Health Status Test
Upper-level test item
Battery Communication Test
Test content
The program reads the battery voltage, temperature, capacity, and charge/discharge cycle count
through the I2C interface of the SM ARM, and determines the current status of the battery based
on read parameters. Battery states include GOOD, WEAK, and REPLACED.
Troubleshooting suggestion
a If the test result is Error, restart the equipment and re-perform the self-test. If the problem
persists, recover the equipment.
b It is recommended to replace the battery if the test result is FAIL.
2.39 Z1201 ECG Board Information Test
Upper-level test item
None
Test content
The program controls the PC module to read the firmware version, boot program version, and
compilation date of the ECG board through the USB port.
Test failure analysis
If the test result is NaN, the USB interconnection between the ECG board and the PC module is
abnormal.
