CHAPTER3 SEQUENCE PROGRAM CONFIGURATION
AND EXECUTION CONDITIONS
There are three types of programs that can be executed in the CPU module: sequence
program, SFC program, and ST program.
This manual does not explain the SFC program and ST program.
Refer to the following manuals for the SFC program and ST program.
