Using Standard

Flash control, a Speedlight tends
to
give
more illumination than needed on the main subject, resulting
in
an unnaturally bright subject with a dark background. With
Automatic Balanced Fill-Flash, flash output is automatically
compensated
to
balance with ambient light, resulting
in
a better
exposure for both subject and background.

the speedlight and lens combination
