Basic photography

Make sure that the power switch is ON, and then take
a
picture
by pressing the shutter release button with the camera set in auto
flash mode. If there is insufficient light, the flash will operate
automatically.

refer to the "Advanced photography" section.
Basic handling
Do not touch the lens barrel, flash, autofocus windows, or expo-
sure sensor with your fingers. You should support the camera
firmly in order to prevent camera shake.
In the vertical position, hold the camera so that the flash
is
uppermost. Use both hands to ensure
a
steady grip and avoid
camera shake.
