banana cake
50 g butter
3 eggs
23 cl sugar
2 tsp cocoa powder
1½ tsp baking powder
7 cl milk
juice of 1 lemon or lime
30 cl plain flour
3 bananas

Grease the Omnia food holder. Melt the butter and allow it to cool.
Beat the eggs and sugar until it is fluffy. Add the cocoa, baking-
powder, milk, butter and lime/lemon juice. Fold in the flour.
Mash the bananas and mix in. Pour the mix into the food holder.
Cover with the lid and bake on a low heat for 30 minutes.
