Alarm Descripon Sengs Notes
TOWER FAILED TO BLOWDOWN Alarms if regenerang tower Is not above 10 psi at the end of blowdown. Default is 60 seconds
Adjustable from 15 to 300 seconds
Shuts down regeneraon (seable)

TOWER FAILED TO PRESSURIZE
Alarms if regenerang tower Is not within 10 psi of the inlet pressure at the end of
repressurizaon.
Default is 180 seconds, Always enabled
Adjustable from 30 to 600 seconds
Shuts down regeneraon
Manual reset
HIGH PURGE TEMPERATURE
Alarms if the purge temperature rises above the high purge temperature set point. Default is 650ºF (343ºC), Always enabled
Adjustable from 200ºF to 800ºF (90ºC to 425ºC)
The heater is inacve unl the alarm is manually reset.
This alarm does not shutdown regeneraon.
HIGH OVER TEMPERATURE
Alarms if the alarm contact from the external over-temp monitor are closed. Default is 650 ºF, Always enabled
Adjustable from module

LOW PURGE TEMPERATURE
Alarms if the purge temperature does not rise above 150 F within 15 minutes aer
the heater turns on.
Fixed at 150ºF (65ºC)

CLOGGED MUFFLER
Alarms if the pressure in the regenerang tower is above 5 psi for 5 minutes Fixed at 5 psi (34 kPa)

LOW PURGE PRESSURE
(models wihout blowers only)
Alarms if the purge pressure is below the set point for 10 seconds during regeneraonDefault is 25 psi (170 kPa), Always enabled
Adjustable from 0 to 100 psi ( 0 to 650 kPa)
Automacally resets aer pressure rises above seng
HIGH INLET TEMPERATURE Alarm results when Inlet temperature is above 101 F Default is 101ºF (38ºC), Always enabled
Adjustable from 0ºF to 200ºF (0ºC to 90ºC)
Automacally resets when the temperature falls below the set point
LOW INLET PRESSURE
User seable alarm results when Inlet pressure is below 60 psi for 5 minutes Default is 60 psi (414 kPa), User Enabled
Adjustable from 0 to 200 psi ( 0 to 1300 kPa)
Automacally resets when the pressure rises above the set point
HIGH DEW POINT Alarms if the dew-point is above the set point for 45 minutes Default is -20ºF (-28ºC), User Enabled
Adjustable from -250ºF to 75ºF ( -150ºC to 20ºC)
Automacally resets when the dew point rises above the set point
CLOGGED PRE-FILTER
Dierence between inlet pressure and drying tower pressure is greater than 8 psi for
5 minutes
Default is 8 psi (55 kPa), User Enabled
Adjustable from 0 to 25 psi ( 0 to 300 kPa)
Automacally resets when the pressure drops below the set point
CLOGGED AFTER-FILTER
Dierence between outlet pressure and drying tower pressure is greater than 8 psi
for 5 minutes
Default is 8 psi (55 kPa), User Enabled
Adjustable from 0 to 25 psi ( 0 to 300 kPa)
Automacally resets when the pressure drops below the set point
BLOWER OVERLOAD ALARM
(models with blowers only)
Blower overload contact has opened while the blower is running. Blower FLA adjustment on device Manual reset to restart the dryer
BLOWER FLOW ALARM
