This function counts the number of PicoScope 3000A units connected to the computer,
and returns a list of serial numbers as a string.
Applicability
All modes
Arguments
* count, on exit, the number of PicoScope 3000A units found
* serials, on exit, a list of serial numbers separated by commas
and terminated by a final null. Example:
AQ005/139,VDR61/356,ZOR14/107. Can be NULL on entry if
serial numbers are not required.
* serialLth, on entry, the length of the char buffer pointed to
by serials; on exit, the length of the string written to serials
