5. Install upper rear bracket with bolts oriented as
shown.
6. Tighten all mounting bolts to specification.
TORQUE
Transaxle Mounting Fastener (3/8” Bolts):
37 ft-lb (50 Nm)
7. Install parking brake caliper assembly and torque the
mount bracket fasteners to specification.
TORQUE
Parking Brake Caliper to Mount Bracket:
19 ft-lb (26 Nm)
Caliper Mount Bracket to Transaxle:
19 ft-lb (26 Nm)
8. Connect differential solenoid wire harness.
9. Connect transaxle vent line and route to upper left
frame. Be sure vent line is not kinked or pinched.
10. Apply anti-seize to the splines of each rear drive
shaft.
11. Lift bearing carrier and rotate drive shaft until splines
are engaged with transaxle. Push drive shaft into
splines while aligning top of bearing carrier with
upper A-arm.
12. Install upper A-arm bolt from front to back. Install nut
and torque to specification.
TORQUE
Upper A-Arm Fasteners:
30 ft-lb (41 Nm)
13. Secure brake lines in guides on each rear upper A-
arm.
14. Install wheels (See Chapter 5).
15. Install drive motor (See Chapter 3).
16. Verify all fasteners are installed and properly
tightened.
17. Connect Main Power Connector and install seat.
