INDICATOR LIGHTS
The indicator lights can activate only when the key is in the ON position. See Table 1.
INDICATOR STATUS INDICATES
Malfunction
Steady
Key turned ON with Direction Selector in FORWARD or REVERSE. Move direction
selector switch to neutral, then back to forward or reverse. NOTE: If accelerator pedal is
depressed when key is turned ON, MIL will illuminate until pedal is fully released.
Flashing
Electrical Malfunction. Light on Controller will blink a flash sequence. See Table 2 for
description of Blink Codes.
Park Brake
Steady
Park brake engaged. Move lever forward to fully released position or inspect switch.
Drive motor will not receive power until park brake light is OFF.
Gear Position
Steady F, N, or R will illuminate depending on position of the Direction Selector Switch.
Motor / Controller
High Temperature
Flashing Reduced performance due to elevated temperature.
Steady Power delivery terminated to prevent damage from overheating.

P1B14 STC Two Direction
Fault
Sets if both forward and reverse switches have been active simultaneously for
greater than 200ms. Check vehicle wiring and reset switches. Can also be set if
vehicle is driven to battery voltage level below 32 volts.
P1B15 STC SRO Fault Sets if FS1 (accelerator pedal) is on in Neutral for more than .1 seconds. Cycle key
switch OFF-ON with pedal released.
P1B16 STC Sequencer Fault Sets if vehicle is keyed on in F or R, or if F or R is selected before contactor closes.
Cycle key OFF-ON in Neutral.
P1B17 STC FS1 Recycle
Fault
Sets if accelerator pedal (foot switch) is not released completely during a direction
change. Cycle key OFF-ON.
P1B62 STC Hand Brake
Fault
Parking brake switch active (parking brake applied or brake switch contacts are
closed). Release brake / test switch.
