DISPOSIÇÕES DE GARANTIA
As seguintes disposições de garantia são unicamente aplicáveis no país
onde este produto foi vendido pelo revendedor a um consumidor, pela
primeira vez.
1. A garantia inclui qualquer defeito de fabrico e de material existente à
data da compra ou que tenha ocorrido num período de dois (2) anos
após a primeira venda deste produto pelo revendedor a um consumidor
(garantia de fabricante). Verifique o produto imediatamente após a com
-
pra ou, caso tenha sido adquirido por correspondência, após a receção,
quanto à sua integridade ou defeitos de fabrico e de material.
2. Em caso de danos, pare de utilizar o produto. Para obter qualquer
serviço no âmbito da garantia, o produto tem de ser enviado em estado
limpo e completo ao revendedor que o vendeu pela primeira vez, ane
-
xando ainda um comprovativo original da compra (recibo de compra ou
fatura). Não entregue ou envie o produto diretamente ao fabricante!
3. A garantia não cobre danos que tenham sido provocados pela utilização
incorreta, por influências externas (água, fogo, acidentes, entre outros),
pelo desgaste natural ou por uma utilização contrária à que consta nas
instruções deste manual de utilização. A garantia será unicamente
aplicada se as reparações ou alterações tiverem sido exclusivamente
realizadas por pessoas autorizadas para o efeito e se apenas tiverem
sido utilizados componentes e acessórios originais.
4. Esta garantia não afeta os direitos do consumidor nem os direitos exis
-
tentes contra o vendedor, devido à não conformidade do produto.
5. Todos os nossos materiais cumprem os mais elevados requisitos
relativamente à resistência da cor. No entanto, os materiais desbotam
devido à radiação ultravioleta. Neste caso, não se trata de um defeito do
material, mas de sinais normais de desgaste para os quais não se pode
assumir uma garantia.

A következő garanciális feltételek csak abban az országban érvényesek,
amelyben ezt a terméket egy kiskereskedő először eladta egy fogyasz
-
tónak.
1. A garancia az összes olyan gyártási-, és anyaghibára érvényes, amely a
vásárlás időpontjában fennállt, vagy a termék a kiskereskedő által a fo
-
gyasztónak történő első eladást követő két (2) évben keletkezett (gyártói
garancia). Kérjük, hogy a vásárlást követően, vagy csomagküldés esetén
az átvételt követően azonnal ellenőrizze a termék hiánytalanságát, és
esetleges gyártási-, és anyaghibáit.
2. Ha károkat észlel, akkor a terméket tilos tovább használni. Ahhoz hogy
igénybe vehesse a garancia által kínált szolgáltatásokat, a terméket
hiánytalan és tiszta állapotban vissza kell adni annak a kiskereskedőnek
aki az először eladta azt és be kell mutatni a vásárlási bizonylatot (nyug
-
ta, vagy számla). Kérjük hogy a terméket ne közvetlenül a gyártónak
küldje vissza!
3. A garancia nem vonatkozik olyan károkra, amelyek hibás használat,
külső hatások (víz, tűz, balesetek, stb.), normál kopás, vagy kezelés és
használat, vagy a jelen használati útmutatóval ellentétes használat miatt
keletkeztek. A garancia csak akkor érvényes, ha a javításokat, vagy mó
-
dosításokat kizárólag olyan személyek hajtják végre, akik erre jogosultak
és ehhez eredeti alkatrészeket és cserealkatrészeket használnak.
4. Ez a garancia nem befolyásolja a fogyasztói jogokat sem pedig a termék
szerződésellenessége esetén az eladóval szemben érvényesíthető
jogokat.
5. Valamennyi anyagunk magas színtartóssági követelményeknek felel
meg. Ennek ellenére az anyagok kifakulnak UV sugárzás hatására. Ez
esetben nem anyaghibáról, hanem olyan megszokott kopási jelenségről
van szó, amelyre nem tudunk garanciát vállalni.
