Source 1 and source 2, the same as source A and source B in the measurement
setting menu can be any channel of CH1-CH4 or D0-D15. For the setting method,
please refer to the introduction in "Measurement Setting
".
1. Delay 1→2: the time difference between the rising edges of source 1 and
source 2. Negative delay indicates that the selected rising edge of source 1
occurred after that of source 2.
2. Delay 1→2: the time difference between the falling edges of source 1 and
source 2. Negative delay indicates that the selected falling edge of source 1
occurred after that of source 2.
3. Phase 1→2: phase difference calculated according to "Delay 1→2" and
the period of source 1, expressed in degree. The calculation formula is as shown
in equation
(6-1).
4. Phase
1→2: phase difference calculated according to "Delay 1→2" and
the period of source 1, expressed in degree. The calculation formula is as shown
in equation
(6-1).
The phase calculation formula:
(6-1)
Wherein,
represents "Phase 1→2" or "Phase 1→2"
represents "Delay 1→2" or "Delay 1→2"
represents the period of source 1
