How to use the ZIP*, RIDA* and CD/DVD* drive and the USB interface*
If no drive was plugged in yet, loosen the two illus-
trated screws and remove the lid to the right.
If a drive or an empty plug-in unit already exists, move
the illustrated lever to the right and pull out the drive
or the empty plug-in unit.
Move in the new drive until the release trigger locks.
Switch on the X-ray unit afterwards.
Peculiarities of older RIDA removable drives*
Insert the appropriate key into the lock on the right
side of the drive and slightly press it in, then turn it to
the right into a vertical position.
You can now withdraw the hard disk with its handle
and insert the new one.
Finally, press in the key slightly again and turn it to the
left into the horizontal position. Withdraw the key.

After switching on, the indicator of the drives
lights up shortly. This indicates that the drive
has been installed correctly.
