2.4. TIPS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR INSTALLATION
2.4.1. Questions about the Oximo io?
Observations Check
The motor does not
work.
The motor wiring
The thermal contact (wait for the motor to cool down).
The remote control battery.
The compatibility of the remote controls.
The remote control has been correctly memorised by the motor.
The blind stops too
soon.
That the drive crown is securely attached to the tube (see 2.1. Installation).
That the motor end limits are correctly set (see 2.3. Commissioning).
The radio range is not
sufcient.
That there is no radio interference.
Whether a repeater needs to be installed.
2.4.2. Readjusting manually set end limits
1) Go to the end limit you wish to alter.
2) Simultaneously press the up and down buttons
until there is a brief movement (5 s).
3) Position the blind at the upper end limit using the
transmitter's up and down buttons.
4) Press the “my”buttonuntiltheblindmovesbriey
(2 s).
For automatically set end limits, these are
automatically readjusted every 56 cycles, or after
a power outage.
2.4.3. Reversing the direction of rotation, motor
programmed
1) Position the blind outside of the end limits.
2) Simultaneously press the up and down buttons
untiltheblindmovesbriey(5s).
3) Within in 5 seconds, press the “my” until the blind
movesbriey(2s).
The direction of rotation has been reversed.
2.4.4. Adding/Deleting Somfy io-homecontrol

control points and io sensors
Refer to the corresponding instructions.
2.4.6. Clearing the motor memory completely
1) Switch the motor power supply off then back on,
respecting the time periods.
- After switching the power supply back on, the
blind moves extensively (5 s).
1) Press the “PROG” button until there are two brief
movements of the blind (7 s).
