DIMENSIONS AND AREAS - GENERAL
1. Introduction
A. This chapter provides information about dimensions and control surface travel and tolerances of
the S6.
Furthermore, this chapter contains information about aircraft zoning, access and inspection plates.
B. Dimensions are presented to aid the operator and/or maintenance personnel in ground handling
the aircraft, e.g. in hangars with small park areas.
The knowledge about aircraft zoning and position of access / inspection plates facilitates the
locating and access to aircraft components.
2. General Description
The following sets out a brief description and intended purpose of each section of this chapter:
A. Section 06-00-00 - Dimensions and Areas - General. This section provides a general overview of
content and purpose of the chapter.
B. Section 06-10-00 - Aircraft Dimensions and Areas. This section provides aircraft dimensions and
identifies areas of the aircraft.
C. Section 06-20-00 - Aircraft Zoning. This section shows illustrations of all aircraft zones.
D. Section 06-30-00 - Access and Inspection Plates. This section contains the position and numbering
of all accesses and of all inspection plates.
