Water Filter Drain Valve

Spray Nozzle
<If the water pressure is still weak even after performing descaling and water lter drain valve cleaning>

Remove the spray nozzle from the wand.
(1) Extend the wand.
(see process
1
on page 26)
(2) While holding the wand with a
hand, press on both sides of
the spray nozzle and slide it.
Do not pull with undue force.
(May cause damage or malfunction.)

Install a spray nozzle (for replacement).
Gasket
Check that the gasket (black) is
attached.
(1) Hold the wand by hand and slide the replacement spray nozzle along the guide
and push it in.
Install correctly until a click sound is heard.
Do not push with undue force. (May cause damage or malfunction.)

(2) Press "Stopping" button on the front
side of the remote control.
The wand retracts.
Water comes out from around the wand.
Attention!
Keep the spare nozzle in safe place.
Cleaning the blocked Nozzle
Descaling agent speci ed by
TOTO (page 28)
Other detergents
Clean the removed spray nozzle using the descaling agent speci ed by TOTO
(P.28)
.
Do not disassemble the spray nozzle. (May cause malfunctions.)

Close the shutoff valve.
(Page 45)
The water supply stops.
CAUTION
Do not remove the water lter drain
valve while the shutoff valve is open.
(Otherwise, water may leak out)

Press
"Wand CLEAN" button.
(Release the pressure from the water
supply pipe.)
Water comes out from around the wand.

Remove the cover on the left
side of the main unit, and ip
the power switch to "OFF".

Remove the two water lter
drain valves.
Loosen the water lter drain valve with a
at-head screwdriver and then pull it.

Clean the lter with a tool
such as a toothbrush.
Also, remove any dust from inside the hole
of the water lter drain valve.

Reinstall the two water lter
drain valves.
Insert the water lter drain valve and use a
at-head screwdriver to tighten it securely.

Flip the power switch to ON.

The "Power" LED lights up.

Reinstall the cover.

Open the shutoff valve.
