What to Do?
Long Periods of Disuse

If the toilet is in a location you will not visit for a long time, drain the water.
(The water in the tank may cause malfunctions or become contaminated and cause skin irritation or other problems.)
How to drain the water
1
Close the shutoff valve.
(Page 45)
The water supply stops.
CAUTION
Do not remove the water lter drain
valve while the shutoff valve is open.
(Otherwise, water may leak out.)

Press
"Wand CLEAN" button.
(Release the pressure from the water supply
pipe.)
Water comes out from around the wand.

Remove the cover on the left
side of the main unit, and ip the
power switch to "OFF".

Remove the two water lter
drain valves.
Loosen the water lter drain valve with a
at-head screwdriver and then pull it.

When water draining is
completed, reinstall the two
water lter drain valves.
Insert the water lter drain valve and use a
at-head screwdriver to tighten it securely.

Reinstall the cover.

Pull out the water drain lever.
Water comes out from around the wand.
(about 20 seconds)

Release your hand to return the
water drain lever to its original
position.
If water may get frozen
Add antifreeze solution in the water in the bowl to
prevent freezing.
(The antifreeze solution should not be ushed out.
Collect it before using the toilet and dispose of it.)
To use the product again
The water needs to be resupplied. (Page 43)
Resupplying the Water
1
Open the shutoff valve.
(Page 13)
Check that water is not leaking from a pipe or the main unit.

If the power is not on,
(1) Remove the cover on the left side of the main unit, and ip the power switch to "ON". (Page 13)
The "Power" LED lights up.
(2) Reinstall the cover. (Page 25)

Discharge water from the wand.
(1) Pressing down the left side of the toilet seat,

Press "Rear cleansing" button to discharge water
from the wand.
Catch the water in a paper cup or other receptacle.
(3)
Press "Stopping" button.
If the remaining water has frozen and no water
comes out
Heat the inside of the bathroom, and warm the water supply hose
and shutoff valve using a cloth soaked in warm water.

(to prevent scratching)
