Appendix D Maintenance and Cleaning
General Maintenance
 Do not store or place the instrument and liquid crystal display in direct sunlight.
 To avoid damaging instrument or probe, do not spray fog, liquid or solvent on the instrument or probe.
Cleaning and Maintenance
 Clean the the instrument according to the using situation.
 Please disconnect the power supply, then with a damp but not dripping soft cloth, wipe the instrument (it is
suitable to use mild cleaning agent or water to wipe the dust on instrument, do not use chemistry or cleaning
agent with potent substances like benzene, toluene, xylene, acetone, etc.) to wipe the dust off probes and the
instrument.
 When cleaning the LCD screen, please pay attention and protect the LCD screen.
 Do not use any chemical abrasive cleaning agent on the instrument.
Warning: Please confirm that the instrument is completely dry before use, to avoid damage and personal injury
caused by electrical short circuit caused by moisture.
