10. Troubleshooting
Refer to Status indication for the description of the LED indications of the wallbox.

Ignoring an error indicated on the wallbox may result in the risk of electric shock,
which can cause injury or death.
— If any of the listed errors persists, get in contact with your customer support at
support@elli.eco to get further advice and to avoid damage to your wallbox.

Charging possible
Due to high temperature, the wallbox only allows
charging at a lower power. When the wallbox has
cooled down, it will resume charging at the
maximum power.
