Local authorization
(e.g. charge card) rejected*
Charging not allowed
— Use a charge card which is allowed to charge
in order to be granted access.
— Check the access control settings in your
Elli App.
— If the error still occurs, contact your customer
support in order to have your settings and your
charge card checked.
Plug and Charge
authorization rejected*
Charging not allowed
The Plug and Charge certificate is invalid.
— Use an alternative method of authorization
(e.g. a charge card).
* For Elli Charger Connect and Elli Charger Pro only.
10.2. Adjust the length of the charging cable
1. Loosen the two screws of the charging cable strain relief with a Torx 10 screw-
driver.
2. Hold the cable and adjust the position of the charging cable holder
by turning it counterclockwise.
3. When the desired length is reached, adjust the orientation of the charging cable
holder and tighten the two screws of the strain relief with a torque value of 4 Nm.
4. Adjust the length of the wires as required.
