Long-term cleanup
Cleaning the pump housing:
1. Make certain the sprayer is unplugged.
2. Turn the spray tip counterclockwise until it is removed. Be careful not to lose
the swirl valve.
3. Pull out the swirl valve.
4. Turn the locking nut counterclockwise until it is removed.
5. Slide the pump housing assembly off of the sprayer.
6. Pull the piston and spring off of the pump housing.
7. Pull the spring off of the piston.
8. Clean all parts thoroughly with the brush provided using a solvent
appropriate to the type of material you sprayed.
