4.1.6 Basic cleaning
We recommend running the basic cleaning programme at the end of every working day, as the machine’s tank is emptied
when the programme ends. For this programme you need a washing power booster suitable for commercial warewash-
ers. Winterhalter recommends washing power booster A 20 ST.

Risk of chemical burns due to chemicals
Contact between chemicals with the skin or eyes can lead to severe burns or serious eye damage.
Ø In the event of contact with the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with tap water. Seek medical attention as
required.
Ø Wear protective clothing, protective gloves and protective goggles.
Ø Observe the danger and safety notes on the canister and safety data sheet.
Start the basic cleaning programme
Follow dosing recommendations when adding the washing power booster. The initial dose for the first use of the pro-
gramme depends on the machine’s tank volume.
The additional dosage for each additional programme depends on the rinse water volume.
