8 Cleaning and maintenance
8.1 Cleaning the warewasher during operation
Caution
Risk of chemical burns due to chemicals
After the wash, wash water with chemicals continues to adhere to the filters and wash fields.
Ø Wear protective clothing, protective gloves and protective goggles.
During the work day:
Daily before draining the warewasher:
Additionally for warewashers with Energy module or heat pump module
Cleaning the ventilation grill
Ø Remove the ventilation grill (1) from the top and wash in
the warewasher.
Ø Fit the ventilation grill (1).
Cleaning the suction channel
Ø Open the hood.
Ø Spray the suction channel (2) with warm water. Use a
water hose, not a high-pressure cleaner.
Cleaning the grease filter
Ø Remove the grease filter (3) from the front and wash in
the warewasher.
Ø Fit the grease filter (3).
